Refund Policy:

Here at JKF & Co Pty Ltd, we do not accept refunds or exchanges based on change of mind. For all change of mind returns, a store credit will be given instead and the return postage would be at the buyers expense. If the product has been damaged once received, then you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product with your order number, and we will come to a conclusion with either a store credit, send a replacement, or a refund to the original payment method. 

 

Return Shipping: All return postage is at the buyers expense, unless the item were incorrectly picked or damaged when received. 

 

Shipping Policy

Orders are dispatched within 72 hours via Australia Post, Sendle, or DHL. Once orders have been dispatched an email will be sent with the tracking information. 

 

Estimated Shipping times

We use a number of different couriers such as Australia Post, Sendle, or DHL depending on the size and weight of the packages. Therefore, only an estimated delivery timeframe can be given;

Standard Domestic

Metro: 1- 7 working days

Rural: 3-10 working days 

Standard International

New Zealand: 10 - 16 working days

Rest of the world: 10-35 working days

Express:  *We only offer express postage for domestic metro orders. 

Domestic Metro: 1-3 working days.

(Due to the cancellation of many international flights and country-specific restrictions, overseas transit times may be delayed).
